Royal Mail Special Delivery Services Now Available • June 2022

We are pleased to now offer Royal Mail Special Delivery services to all addresses in Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands for orders placed via our website and over the phone.

Deliveries to most locations are due by 1pm the following working day, however some further afield addresses are likely to see deliveries up to 6pm the following working day.

We offer two services based on the overall weight and size of your order, as follows:

• Royal Mail Special Delivery for medium parcels up to 2kg  £10.25 exc. VAT
• Royal Mail Special Delivery for medium parcels between 2kg and 10kg  £14.25 exc. VAT

Royal Mail Special Delivery services offer full tracking and compensation up to £750 in the unlikely event of loss or damage. 

If ordering via our website, the option for Royal Mail delivery will be visible during checkout if the contents of the basket are suitable to be shipped via Royal Mail services (ie. the weight and size of the contents fit in a large letter, small parcel or medium parcel and do not exceed certain weight limits set by Royal Mail).

As with all other Royal Mail services the cut-off for same-day despatch is 2pm Monday to Friday (except certain Bank Holidays).

Please note: the maximum weight for Royal Mail Special Delivery services to Channel Islands addresses is 2kg.
