Collection Point Services: DPD Pickup and UPS Access Point

We are proud to offer discounted and free carriage levels to all areas of the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland for all of our main courier services, based on the value of your order.

All costs quoted exclusive of VAT.

To Your Door Services

DPD Local:

With our DPD Local services, we will despatch orders directly to your business or home address.

With DPD's Predict service, you'll receive a text with a one-hour timeslot on the morning of delivery so you can plan your day better.

We are delighted to despatch and deliver your orders 7 days a week!

We are now open and shipping orders 7 days a week so we can get your goods to you as quickly as possible. Order before 5pm Monday to Friday for same-day despatch. Order before 1pm Saturday and Sunday for same-day despatch.

Also, for customers in England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands we can now deliver every single day of the week for our standard next-day carriage charge. Delivery next-day, any day, everyday is £6.25+VAT or FREE for orders over £180.00+VAT.

For deliveries made Monday to Friday Timed Premium services are also available, subject to location:

• Next-Day before 10.30am available for deliveries on Weekdays, £18.25+VAT or £12.00+VAT for orders over £180.00+VAT
• Next-Day before 12pm available for deliveries on Weekdays, £8.25+VAT or just £2.00+VAT for orders over £180.00+VAT

Order before 5pm Monday to Friday for same-day despatch. Order before 1pm Saturday and Sunday for same-day despatch. Weekend collections and deliveries provided by DPD Local only, any orders placed over the weekend via any of our any other courier partners will be shipped the following working day. ParcelForce:

With our ParcelForce services, we will despatch orders directly to your business or home address.

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for same-day despatch.

Royal Mail:

Royal Mail Tracked and Untracked Services available to all Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Channel Island addresses for small, lightweight orders.

We will always offer the most cost-effective service based on the size and weight of your order to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

Please note: Royal Mail Untracked Services offer no liability for loss or damage.

Collection Point Services

DPD Pickup:

We now offer DPD Pickup delivery services available to customers in England, Wales and Scottish Lowland service areas.

Similar to our ever-popular UPS Access Point service, we despatch orders to your local Pickup shop, ready to collect whenever it is convenient for you. Once you've received notification the parcel is ready to collect, just show your photo ID at the Pickup shop to receive your goods. All DPD Pickup services also benefit from DPD's Predict notification system, so you'll be kept informed every step of the way from when your order is despatched until it is delivered to the Pickup shop.

Place your order before 5pm Monday to Friday or 1pm Saturday and Sunday for same-day despatch.

UPS Access Point:

With the UPS Access Point Service, we despatch orders to your local Access Point, ready to collect whenever it is convenient for you. Once you've received notification the parcel is ready to collect, just show your photo ID at the Access Point to receive your goods. Please be aware that while the majority of Access Point deliveries are made the following working day, it may take an additional day or two depending on your location. You can find and select delivery to your local Access Point at the checkout page in our Trade Store.

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday for same-day despatch.

Scottish 2-Day Areas, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands:

The following Scottish postcodes are classed as 2-Day service areas by our couriers:

AB31 - AB35, AB41 - AB54, G83, PH15 - PH18

Services to these postcodes are subject to the same pricing structure as detailed above for England, Wales and Scottish Lowland areas, however please be advised deliveries are likely to take at least 2 working days and timed services are not available.

The following Scottish postcodes are classed as Highlands service areas by our couriers:

AB36 - AB38, AB55 - AB56, FK17- FK21, IV1 - IV39, IV52 - IV54, IV63, KW14, PA21 - PA40, PH19 - PH26, PH30 - PH41, PH49 - PH50

The following Scottish postcodes are classed as Islands service areas by our couriers:

HS1 - HS9, IV40 - IV51, IV55 - IV56, KA27 - KA28, KW15 - KW17, PA20, PA41 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH42 - PH44, All ZE

Channel Islands:

Please be advised while DPD Local services to Channel Islands postcodes can typically be expected to arrive in around 2 to 4 working days, services to Alderney, Herm and Sark are typically subject to longer delivery times.

Secondary Warehouse Shipments:

With our industry-leading parts arena @ hwos.co.uk system, you'll not only be able to see stock availability at our main warehouse in Newton Aycliffe, but also our secondary warehouse which holds a much larger volume of gas spares. Any items sent from our secondary warehouse will be shipped separately to other goods despatched from our main warehouse. All standard DPD Local and DPD Pickup services are available for shipments from our secondary warehouse, delivery costs and lead times will be confirmed during checkout.
