Our 2022 Customer Survey has now closed, the Greggs Gift Cards are on their way!

Our 2022 Customer Survey has now come to a close and the results are in. We're still digging through all the finer details but we've already got a huge amount of great information which we'll be using to improve all aspects of our service and product range even further.

We'd love to say, once again, a huge thanks to everyone who took the time to complete the survey. We know it wasn't the quickest thing in the world to complete but your responses are extremely important to us and we massively appreciate all the time taken to let us know your thoughts.

The Greggs Gift Cards have been sent out via email this morning to everyone who responded. They contain a web link which, when opened on a smart phone, displays a bar code that can be scanned in any participating Greggs store to get £5 off your order.
