HWOS Service Club • Notice of amendments to XP Earning Rate and Free Delivery Benefit

We would like to notify the following minor amendments to HWOS Service Club, effective immediately:

1. XP Earning Rate - The minimum order value (excluding carriage charges) to accrue XP has changed from £1 exc. VAT to £10 exc. VAT. XP earning rates are described in detail in our Service Club XP and Levels FAQ, found here
2. Free Delivery Benefit - The minimum order value to qualify for any 'Extra Free Delivery' Service Club benefit is now £10 exc. VAT.
