FREE UPS Access Point Delivery Service Now Available!

Our new, market-leading delivery service, in conjunction with UPS is now available to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland post codes, completely FREE on all orders over £15 +VAT! Instead of delivery to your door, the parcel will be shipped to your local Access Point, then you just collect it when convenient for you. Plus, for Mainland UK addresses this is a Next-Day service (NI 1-2 Days) meaning you get the parts you need without having to wait.

How it works:

If your phone order is above £15 but below our usual £180 +VAT threshold for free FedEx delivery, we will offer you our UPS Access Point service as an alternative to paying our standard £7.50 (UK) or £18.50 (NI) carriage charges.

We will quickly check your post code to find your nearest Access Point (you can check yourself here). We'll let you know the name, location and opening times so you know where to go - most Access Points are open early and close late, making it as convenient as possible for you to get your goods.

If you wish to go ahead, we'll just take the name of the person who will be collecting the parcel and an email address so you can be notified when it is ready for collection, and that's it! We'll process the order like normal and your parcel will be collected that day.

Once you have confirmation your parcel is ready to be collected, make sure you take your ID with you to ensure the collection is as smooth as possible.

Key Points:

There are currently over 3,000 Access Points in the UK - most customers should have at least one within a couple of miles of their home address. If this is not the case we will still advise the nearest Access Point, but this may not be convenient for you.

This service is currently only available for orders over the phone. We're working on getting it fully integrated for online orders, but in the meantime if you still wish to place your order online, Request a Call Back for Payment at checkout and we'll sort out the Access Point bit over the phone.

The cut-off for Access Point orders is 3pm. This is due to our collection time from UPS, over which we have no control. Any Access Point orders placed after this time will be processed the following day, or you will still have the option for a FedEx delivery with our usual collection times.

Unfortunately UPS Access Point is currently only available to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. As soon as UPS offer services to other areas of the UK or ROI we will be able to ship to these locations.
