Christmas and New Year Opening Hours and Courier Dates 2024
Our opening hours and shipment dates are as follows over the Christmas and New Year period:
- We are open our regular hours and operating our normal delivery services up to and including Monday 23rd December. This will be the last date for collections for UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force services until after Christmas. This will also be the last order date that DPD services can be delivered before Christmas (subject to location).
- Tuesday 24th December Christmas Eve - Open 8am - 3pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 1pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on Friday 27th December for delivery on Saturday 28th at the earliest. UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force are not collecting or delivering parcels on this day.
- Wednesday 25th December Christmas Day Bank Holiday - Closed.
- Thursday 26th December Boxing Day Bank Holiday - Closed.
- Friday 27th December - Open 8am - 3pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 1pm for all services, any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on Saturday 28th December for delivery on Sunday 29th at the earliest.
- Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th December - Open 8am to 1pm as normal.
- Monday 30th December - Open 8am - 3pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 1pm for all services, any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on Tuesday 31st December for delivery on Thursday 2nd at the earliest.
- Tuesday 31st December New Year's Eve - Open 8am - 3pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 1pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on Thursday 2nd January for delivery on Friday 3rd at the earliest. UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force are not collecting or delivering parcels on this day.
- Wednesday 1st January New Year's Day Bank Holiday - Closed
- We will re-open as normal at 7am on Thursday 2nd January.
