Christmas and New Year Opening Hours and Courier Dates 2022 - Reminder

Due to Christmas Day and New Year's Day falling on weekend days this year, the national Bank Holidays will fall on the weekdays immediately after, therefore we will be closed for longer periods of time over this festive season than we usually would be. Our opening hours are largely dictated by when our couriers are making collections and deliveries, and due to them not working over the weekend days or the Bank Holidays, we have also made the decision to close and give our staff a slightly longer break than normal. We have also made the decision to close early on Friday 23rd December to allow our team an afternoon and evening to go out and celebrate Christmas together.

As such, our opening hours and shipment dates are as follows over the Christmas and New Year period:

• We are open our regular hours and operating our normal delivery services up to and including Thursday 22rd December. This will be the last date for collections for UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force services until after Christmas.
• Friday 23rd December - Open 8am - 1.30pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 12pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on Wednesday 28th December for delivery on Thursday 29th at the earliest.
• Saturday 24th December Christmas Eve - Closed.
• Sunday 25th December Christmas Day - Closed.
• Monday 26th December Bank Holiday - Closed.
• Tuesday 27th December Bank Holiday - Closed.
• Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th December - Open 8am - 5.30pm, all courier collections and deliveries are operating as normal.
• Friday 30th December - Open 8am - 5.30pm but please note DPD Local are the only courier collecting parcels.
• Saturday 31st December New Year's Eve - Closed
• Sunday 1st January New Year's Day - Closed
• Monday 2nd January New Year's Day Bank Holiday - Closed
• We will re-open as normal at 7am on Tuesday 3rd January.
