Christmas and New Year Opening Hours and Courier Dates 2021

Due to Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year's Day all falling on weekend days this year, the national Bank Holidays will fall on the weekdays immediately after, therefore we will unfortunately be closed for longer periods of time over this festive season than we usually would be. Our opening hours are largely dictated by when our couriers are making collections and deliveries, and due to them not working over the weekend days or the Bank Holidays, we have also made the decision to close and give our staff a slightly longer break than normal.

As such, our opening hours and shipment dates are as follows over the Christmas and New Year period:

• We are open our regular hours and operating our normal delivery services up to and including Thursday 23rd December. This will be the last date for collections for UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force services until after Christmas.
• Friday 24th December Christmas Eve -  Open 8am - 1pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 12pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on Wednesday 29th December for delivery on Thursday 30th at the earliest.
• Saturday 25th December Christmas Day - Closed.
• Sunday 26th December Boxing Day - Closed.
• Monday 27th December Christmas Day Bank Holiday - Closed.
  
• Tuesday 28th December Boxing Day Bank Holiday - Our trade counter is open 8am to 1pm and we will be here for calls and email enquiries, however please note none of our couriers are collecting parcels so we will be unable to ship any orders until the following day.
• Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th December - Open 8am - 6pm, all courier collections and deliveries are operating as normal.
• Friday 31st New Year's Eve -  Open 8am - 1pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 12pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on Tuesday 4th January for delivery on Wednesday 5th at the earliest.
• Saturday 1st January New Year's Day - Closed
• Sunday 2nd January - Closed
• Monday 3rd January New Year's Day Bank Holiday - Our trade counter is open 8am to 1pm and we will be here for calls and email enquiries, however please note none of our couriers are collecting parcels so we will be unable to ship any orders until the following day.
• We will re-open as normal at 7am on Tuesday 4th January.
